You get the Castle and number of bedrooms you pay for to use for your stay

Full payment must be received 30 days prior to arrival.

More than 10 guests, add $25.00 per guests per night. You must supply bedding such as air mattress, sheets, blankets, towels, for your additional guests.

To calculate prices for more than a 2 night stay multiplt number of nights you wish to stay, times price, add 9 % tax.

1 Bedroom $225.00

2 Bedrooms $250.00

3 Bedrooms $300.00

4 Bedrooms $350.00

5 Bedrooms $400.00

Example 2 couples wish to stay 4 nights. You would calculate it like this.

4 X $250.00 = $1,000.00

$1,000.00 X 9 % = $90.00

$1,000.00 + $90.00 = $1,090.00 This would be the total price for 2 couples staying for 4 nights. This includes two bedrooms plus the rest of the Castle.

These prices are for the ENTIRE CASTLE you DO NOT share the CASTLE with anyone with the exception of those you bring in. You use the number of bedrooms that you pay for. Example: if you rent for six guests you have the use of three bedrooms and the rest of the Castle. All unused bedrooms will be locked.

TWO NIGHT MINIMUM STAY!

Reservations must be secured with $150.00 deposit. Balance due 30 days prior to reservation.

Reservation deposit 100% refundable if cancelled 60 days prior to arrival.

All rates subject to state and local taxes.

No smoking in Castle, smoking outside in designated areas only!!!!

Sorry NO PETS permitted on Castle property. Our DRAGON gets indigestion. NO EXCEPTIONS...

Violation will result in immediate eviction from Castle with no refund or credit.

Please bring house slippers to wear in bedrooms. We have white carpets and there is not enough time to scrub carpets in between guests.

Do not allow children to eat or drink in bedrooms.

King David Chamber

The Castle is a work in progress. The outside back of the Castles stucco is being completed. A new sitting area overlooking the Elk viewing area has just been completed.

Amenities

Red with gold filigree Great Hall with 22 foot high ceilings. Glass wall with view that is paramount to any other in the area.

Fully equipped kitchen includes dishwasher, microwave, dishes, pots and pans, utensils, toaster, 12 and now a 40 cup coffee maker, electric mixer, griddle. Everything you need to prepare and serve your meals.

We have Culligan purified water.

1 set of Linens and 2 sets of towels for each bed chamber provided.

Rental agreement must be signed at check in.

Huge dining room with highback wrought iron chairs, huge dining table, picture window with fantastic view.

Library with books for your relaxation and perusal, including the newly published A Murder at Greenbrier by D.M. MacDarvey the monarch of the Castle.

The Dungeon is to die for. The faux painted stone walls are so realistic that you will believe you are in a dungeon of old. Kick back with family and friends and enjoy a drink, or just take in the beautiful outdoors from the sliding glass doors. The dungeon has a 32 " flat screen TV, juke box, unique bar (you will know what we mean when you see it), refrigerator for your beverages, card tables and games. This is The Prince and Dukes favorite room.
