We the tenants agree that we will take full responsibility for any damage that may occur to this property while we are occupying it due to our neglect.

We will take full responsibility for any minor children and guests that we have during our stay.

We will not hold the owners responsible for any injury to anyone in our group unless there is negligence on the property owner’s part.

We understand that this is a smoke free environment and no pets are permitted on the property. No one under the age of 21 will consume alcohol during our stay. Only paying guests will stay overnight.

If we break any of the Castle rules, the property owners have the right to make us vacate the property immediately with no refund.

1) No smoking in Castle

2) No Pets

3) No fire arms or weapons 

4) No fireworks

5) No hunting on property

We are responsible for all outdoor fires and we will not burn candles during our stay.

We have read and understand the rental agreement and agree to the above mentioned terms
When we leave the property we will leave it in the same good condition it was on our arrival. We understand that if we cause damage to The Castle Property, the cost of repair can be charged to our Credit Card.
